This 1843 private residence became the newly renovated Inn at Magnolia Hill in 2020. This quaint bed and breakfast has a strong historical connection with Clemson University and is located within walking distance to fabulous Pendleton attractions. Four large rooms are available upstairs, two with a king bed, one with a queen bed and another with twin beds. 

Adjacent to the Inn is the Pavilion. This converted space has been used for football gatherings, graduation parties, family celebrations and holiday events.
