Trick-or-Treat with Pendleton businesses

A number of businesses and organizations will be handing out treats for an early Halloween celebration. Most are around the square, some are just a little off the square.
Some businesses may have longer hours that they will offer treats, some may run out of the treats designated for giving. It is all for the fun of the holiday.
